playbook service, the primary goal of the service is to create
a roadmap to effectively communicates the benefits of your product,
qualifies that customer needs your product and confidently eliminates
objections to win sales.
With vertical market playbooks, we take a similar
approach but we focus on how to position and sell your product
to specific industry segments. We begin with an overview of the
industry and segments that you are focusing your efforts on to
increase sales. This includes the business drivers for each segment
and how it would compel the client to buy your product. We explore
the various roles and responsibilities in an organization and
their role in a sale.
We then create a sales approach to the target
industry that includes three key areas:
• Areas of interest to be established, streamlined or reorganized;
• Problems/Pains/Opportunities that generate need for your
product; and
• Benefits of your product to the target industry based
on product features
To provide you with closing tools, we create
a basic opportunity analysis that helps your sales team demonstrates
the value of your product to the customer and deal with specific
objections and responses by industry segment.
This service is most compelling when combined
with a product sales playbook, but the two services are exclusive
and can be completed when needed.
