Client Challenge · There is the need to develop a clear set of goals/objectives for marketing the CRM product solution.

· Create lead generation campaigns designed to go after new customer acquisition, cross-selling to existing customers and multi-channel alternatives.

Solution Created a Marketing Plan that was based on an information-driven marketing process that enables development, test, implementation and measurement of a customized direct marketing program based on agreed upon strategies.
